We rigorously train our staff to ensure. are carried out safely and with minimal impact on the environment. Philanthropic While we provide returns to the government in the form of taxes and dividends, we use a portion of our profits to fulfil our philanthropic responsibility. We do this through various programs, both on our own and in collaboration with other corporate, non-governmental and community based partners. The programmes are also implemented in partnership and alignment with the government's vision for the nation. These community programs are designed with the national interest always at the forefront of our minds. Our focus is on the development of our communities and youth, with a focus on training and education, culture and the arts, sport and the environment. |

Our Socio-Economic program Since the launch of our socioeconomic program in 2005, we have continued to expand and strengthen our community relations vision approach toward helping communities. This approach involves building mutually beneficial relationships with communities—particularly those along our pipelines—that provide both parties with meaningful dialogue and feedback. The main focus of the program is a Community Facilities Programme through which we build or refurbish community buildings such as community centers, sporting facilities, and residential homes for the elderly or children. |
