Mr. S. Andrew Mc Intosh, President

Mr. Mc Intosh has over 31 years of technical and leadership experience in the energy sector, 13 of which have been at the Vice President level. He has worked in both the upstream and downstream sectors, in national as well as multinational companies. Mr. Mc Intosh began his career in the energy industry in 1977 at the Trinidad and Tobago Oil Company Limited. In 1984, he joined Trinidad Marine Limited as Chief Engineer/Manager, Engineering where he was responsible for Marine Operations, Gas Compression Operations, Asset Integrity, Reliability and Manager of Energy Projects at Petrotrin with responsibility for the first major refinery expansion at Pointe-a-Pierre.

In 1997, Andrew moved to Cliffs and Associates Limited as Senior Manager of Operations with responsibility for the first commercial application of Lurgi's Cicored process to manufacture Hot Briquetted Iron (HBI) in Point Lisa. In 2001, he joined Lurgi Metallurgie Gmbh of Frankfurt, Germany as an Operations and Process Consultant and a year later, her became General Manager of MFS Services Limited (Trinidad and Tobago).

In 2004, he joined Atlantic LNG Company and served as Vice President of Technical Services from 2004-2006 in charge of the completion of EPC works on Train 4. He was then appointed Vice President, Operations in which post he successfully integrated Train 4 into the Atlantic LNG Facility. Andrew joined bpTT in October 2007 as Senior LNG Operations advising on all aspects of Governance of Atlantic NGC's operations.

He is also known throughout the industry as a great HSSE champion.

Mr. Frank Look Kin, Special Adviser

Mr. Frank Look Kin was President of NGC from May 1st, 1996 to March 8th 2009. Previously, Mr. Look Kin had been NGC's Vice President, Business Development as well as Vice President, Technical Services. Prior to joining NGC in 1990, he had worked for approximately twenty (20) years in various technical positions with the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, where his final position was that of Chief Technical Officer.

Mr. Look Kin has held active membership in several professional societies. In 1993, he received the Distinguished Engineer Award of the Trinidad and Tobago section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and in 1996 he was elected as a fellow of the Association of Professional Engineers.

Mr. Look Kin is Chairman of National Quarries Limited, a Director of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited, Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago, National Enterprises Limited and serves as member on the Board of Governors of the University of Trinidad and Tobago.

Ms. Olave Maria Thorne, Vice President, Legal and Corporate Management and Company Secretary

Ms. Olave Maria Thorne is Vice President Legal and Corporate Management/Company Secretary. She joined the Company in 1985 as an Assistant Legal Advisor. She went on to hold the position of Head, Legal Services and later, Manager Legal and Commercial Services for a number of years before assuming her present position in February 1999.

Before joining NGC, Ms. Thorne worked as an associate with a legal firm and also as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor to the Emile Elias Group of Companies.

Mr. Arnold De Four, Vice President, Commercial
During his more than 25 years’ experience at NEC/NGC, Mr. De Four has held a number of positions, bringing to the post of VP considerable experience in financial management, business and project development.

In his portfolio, Arnold is responsible for gas resources management, gas marketing and strategic planning.

Mr. Stephen Julien, Vice President, Gas Transmission and Distribution

With over 30 years’ experience at Texaco Trinidad Incorporated, the Hospital Management Company and NGC, during which he held senior positions, Stephen Julien brings to the post of VP, GTD substantial experience in non destructive inspection, engineering projects, land and offshore operations and maintenance management systems.

In his new portfolio, Stephen is responsible for the transmission and distribution of natural gas throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

Mr. Wade Hamilton, Vice President, Technical Services

With over 15 years’ experience in NGC, during which he has held senior positions, Wade Hamilton brings to the post of VP Substantial experience in LNG Train I development, offshore and pipeline operations and business development. In his new portfolio, Wade is responsible for NGC’s compression operations and engineering construction services.

Ms. Rebecca Ramdhanie, Vice President, Finance and Information Management Group

Ms. Rebecca Ramdhanie has been appointed Vice President, Finance and Information Management Group (FIMG) at NGC. Rebecca brings to the job 26 years of experience at NGC, six of which were at a managerial level.

Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ramdhanie served within NGC in several positions, most recently as Manager Finance/Treasury and Manager, Accounting Services for periods of 3 years each.

Interesting to note is that Rebecca started to work at NGC in 1982 as an Accounts Clerk. She moved up the ranks from Assistant Accountant and then to Accountant.

ACCA qualified, Ms. Ramdhanie has spent a large part of her financial career at NGC and had been acting as VP, FIMG since November 2007.



Mr. Andrew Jupiter, President, National Energy Corporation

Mr. Jupiter has over thirty-seven years experience in the energy industry, having started his career at Shell Trinidad Limited in 1971. He has held several senior positions at the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries during his tenure from 1979-2004 including Petroleum Engineer, Senior Petroleum Engineer, Director Operations and Director Energy Planning.

He was formerly Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries, and held the position of Vice President, Business Development, NEC from 2004. Mr. Jupiter is a Member of the Standing Committee on Energy and the Natural Gas Export Task Force.

Over the years, he has held the position of Director of several State Boards including:

• Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (PETROTRIN)

He has also served as a Governor of National Energy Skills Centre and was a member of the committee for the formation of the University of Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Jupiter was a member of the Vision 20/20 Committee of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.

NEC’s new President was the leader of the Government negotiating team that signed nineteen Production Sharing Contracts (PSC’s) between GORTT and several multi-national oil companies. Several of these blocks are in commercial production today. Mr. Jupiter also participated in negotiations for successful LNG trains in Trinidad and Tobago.

Currently, Mr. Jupiter is a Director of the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited Alutrint, the Education Facilities Company Limited (Deputy Chairman) and of the Caribbean Industrial and Technological Services Limited.

Mr. Jupiter is Chairman of the CARICOM Regional Energy Policy Task Force. He has consulted with the Government of Belize on Petroleum matters and represents the Government of Trinidad and Tobago in its initiative to provide guidance to African countries in the development of their petroleum industries.

Mr. Jupiter has also served as an expert witness to the Government of Trinidad and Tobago on petroleum matters.

He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and was the first Trinidadian to serve as AIPN Director.

Mr. Jupiter received a BSc in Natural Sciences and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the University of the West Indies. He holds a Masters of Engineering Degree in Mineral Engineering Management from the Pennsylvania State University.

Andrew Jupiter is married to Clarise Jupiter (née McMillan) who is also a Petroleum Engineer by profession. The Jupiters have four sons and one daughter.
